Disneyland App issues

Is anyone else having issues with the DL app on their cell phones? I've been having trouble accessing my account for a few days now. I type in the correct username and password but get an error message "Weak or No Internet Connection" which is not the case. I've tried with both wifi and mobile data.

When I called their help desk, they told me to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that several times. I've even waited a day or two before reinstalling. I've sent another follow-up email and was on hold for awhile then the call disconnected on their end.

We have a trip coming up this Sunday so I was hoping to get this fixed as I use the app for Maxpass, photopass, entry to the parks.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

When I have an unknown glitch with my phone, I take out the battery. Seems to make the phone behave it's self.
Only other option is to use a different phone for Sunday.

I haven't had that issue but I did have problems linking ride photos with Maxpass. the first time I went to Kingswell Photo Shop on Buena Vista Street and the cast member there loaded them on to a Maxpass photo card then we were able to link them to the app by scanning the card. the next day the same problem was happening, since I was at the Guardian tower I went to the photo station there. the cast members there said they weren't allowed to use the Maxpass card but did load the photos onto a Photopass card. at the time no photos showed up on the app and I was told to wait a day to see if they appeared. the new ones did appear about a day later but older ones were gone.
 
Did you by any chance install the Disney Parks App? Mine started doing that after I ran the Disney Parks app.
Over the course of a day I did the following which eventually fixed the problem. Unfortunately I don't know which step actually fixed it.
-turn off lower performance on your phone
-clear cache and app data on both apps
-reinstall both apps
-then try running Disney Parks app first and log into parks app f
-then run the Disneyland app

Good luck. It's very frustrating.

FWIW, on the rare occasions that I have trouble with the app, I either update it and/or restart my phone. Sounds like you're already uninstalled/reinstalled. In any case, hope this helps. Let us all know :-).
 
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I haven't heard back from Disney yet.

I was able to get it to work by uninstalling the Disney World MDE app. I guess it was conflicting with my Disneyland app. Perhaps the Disneyland app was jealous??? :D
 
I also think the Parks App stomps on the Disneyland app in some way. From my recollection, as soon as I ran the Parks app the first time in the park, the Disneyland app broke.
