I got a few more groups finished so here are some pictures.

Matterhorn: I made a switzerland flag and the mountain peak.

Mad Tea Party: I was inspired by the ride's cool japenese lanterns that hang overhead. Do you think these look like lanterns??

Fantasyland: I had to use different stickers on each letter but I still think they fit with that part of the park.

Here is the other letter for Fantasyland:

Tomorrowland: I made a space mountain for behind the "T". The "T" is pop dotted and has a metallic silver paper shadow. The "A" has a Buzz laser on it. Does it look like a laser? I printed a coloring page from the internet and reduced it a bunch on the copier then cut out just the laser blaster and copied it onto acid free cardstock and colored the laser with scrapbook markers.
What do you think?? Okay??

Susan, your letters can be arranged apart enough from Traci's that I think it would be okay for you to use the same paper. A way to make the letters more matching. But I'm not sure anyone else should use the same paper, without everyone using the same paper.

Isn't it amazing how creative you can be in such a tiny space!

It should NOT be stressful to engage in your chosen hobby I have always said that you gals are an incredible group of women and I absolutely LOVE swapping with you and I adore the pieces I get back from you. Honestly, I love your creativity and talent as a group! YOUR ideas and talent push me to try to do pieces that are good enough to send to you ladies!!!!!!!Please do not feel anxious...Iyou girlies!

I just wanted to get feedback on the paper lanterns and the Buzz laser. DH didn't like my Buzz lasers--he said they should've been larger. So I wanted to be sure everything looked okay and I didn't need to re-work the letters.

If the lasers were bigger, it might make the A look off balanced. I like it the way it is.

I dont know whats happening with the lighting. This is pink paper from CM pop dotted on top of gem core'ordinates and then on top of vellum. This is the A for Fantasyland.

Alrighty, here is my first prototype for Group B - Disneyland. Let me start off by saying the lighting sucks in my room. The paper is actually a yellowy gold, not an icky greeny gold. And the ribbon will be pink as well (like the thread in the picture), I just have to purchase it.

I modeled it off of the big, golden book in the beginning of the movie (which I watched today!). And I know... I technically signed up for Sleeping Beauty's Castle, but I could not pass up this idea! So the next embellishment will be the castle, I swear. Or just throw some castle pics into it, that'll work too!

So here we go! It is a mini-book... the inside pages are 2x3 inches. I left them blank, so journaling may be added or some smaller pictures. The edges are inked and the golden rectangle is embossed. I was going to write "Sleeping Beauty" in instead of the silhouette, but I think I like this better. Or maybe I still can add it, "Sleeping" above and "Beauty" below Aurora.

Edit: Just played in Photoshop to see how adding a title would look. What do ya think? They won't be orange, I was just too lazy to change the color.
