Are others having issues with the DisneyGiftCard site lately?
About a week ago, I was putting in some new cards and then transferring them to one to make space for more cards (since you can still only have 6 at a time -- which is a bit of a pain if you're saving up for dues). My normal thing is to add a few cards and then transfer them onto one -- and use the option to "delete empty cards" after the transfer. I did that with a few cards no problem. Then, when I tried to do it again, I was transferring 3 cards onto one other card -- and got an error that two of the cards "could not be transferred at this time." Weird. I tried a few more times and it didn't work, so I gave up.
A few days ago, I logged in to try again and there was a notice at the top of the screen that there were issues with transferring between cards and they were working on it. I was glad to see it was a known bug and being worked on.
Yesterday, when I logged in, the message at the top said that they had resolved the issue and to try again -- and if it still fails to remove the cards and re-add them and then do the transfer. I tried and it still failed -- but I didn't have my physical cards on me, so I couldn't remove and re-add them.
Today, I logged in and the message at the top is still the same. I go to My Cards and they are all GONE. Instead, they have been replaced by 3 cards that I transferred to other cards back in 2022!
Clearly, something very odd has happened to their database.
I thought that I'd just start over and it won't even let me add my normal cards back. Just gives an error that the card can't be added. So, clearly, they are still having issues. (I did use the Check Balance to confirm that my cards still have their expected balance -- but even from that page, it won't let me actually add the card.)
Just curious if others are seeing similar behavior lately?
