How long ahead do we have to place an order? If we order before we arrive, will the order wait in our room at aoa upon arrival?
Are they any good?
They seem very expensive. Are there any other options?

I believe you have to be within a 45 day window to order from Disney Florist. They will not put the items in your room early, in case there is a change in your room assignment. While the Disney Florist seems expensive, I used them a couple years ago, and they did a fantastic job! I had an extra bottle of Fairy Tale Cuvee put in the basket, so they are able to modify your request if needed.

I used them last year for a insulated family tote filled with goodies. They customized it for me. They added things I wanted and took out some things we didn't. They are great to work with. This year I am using gifts of a lifetime for a different experience.
