Usually when I order something from Disney Direct, I get the original "Thanks for your order" email and then receive another stating that it was shipped and the tracking number. I placed an order on 6/28 and received the initial email but not the shipping one. My card has yet to be charged and when I check online it says "At distribution center". When I inquired by phone I used the automated system to check my item number and it keeps saying my item will ship within 2 business days, but it has said that since Saturday.
I called and finally spoke with a CM, she was super-hard to hear (don't know why) and even after I told her several times I could barely hear her, the volume was the same. She initially told me that there was no order number for the one I gave her, then she finally found it and told me it is taking up to 11 days for order to SHIP, ugh!
Anyone else waiting to hear that their order shipped?

I called this morning just to see if I could express deliver it to me since I leave in 10 days and can't wait the "extra" 3 days for my stuff. She said that it was being processed and ready to ship and so she couldn't change the shipping status for me. I just hope it arrives in time....I ordered 5 beach towels. I would hate to receive the items once I leave for WDW!!!!
