I placed an internet order on the first day of the pin sale for 121 pins. My husband said that wasn't enough to cover trading for our next trip, so I placed a second order.
The second order was delivered last Tuesday. I called to check on the first order and was told that I should have it by last Sat. The box didn't come Sat, so I called again. The CM said that the box was delivered 3-1-05. She would issue credit. I told her I didn't want the credit, I wanted the pins!
I called again today to get more info before I called the post office. Good thing I did. The CM I had finally listened that I had placed 2 orders. As it turns out the first order never was processed even though I had the order number and the confirmation email. She said it must be a "glitch" in the system.
She apologised and said there was nothing that she could do. The pins are sold out and the sale is over.
Would you let it go at that?
