Does anyone else have a really hard time with this website or is it just me

I can never seem to get logged in and the "new" passwords dont seem to work either. I called the phone number for help and it is a 15 minute hold time!

I get so frustrated! Thanks for letting me vent! I just want to log in and see something on my reservation.

DCL's website is having issues with the newest version of Internet Explorer. If you are using IE they will suggest you use another browser.
