Disney YES program

Help me if you can. A friend is taking a group of her students to Disney in 25 days. They are doing one of the YES programs. Disney is not releasing their reservation numbers to them. They can't get fast passes or book Be Our Guest without those numbers. They are at All Star Music so on site guest.
What can she do to get these numbers from Disney. They are there on Christmas parade taping weekend so it will be busy. Any help from someone who has been in this position much appreciated.
 
They must have elected to pick up and pay for their tickets at will call. Do they have their Magic Bands? I have booked 4 YES trips, and am leading the 4th one in about 3 weeks, so I guess the week before your friend will be there. I have all the tickets that I've already paid for in MDE. If the tickets are paid for, there should be an email from ticketteam that will have the confirmation # in it. You can link that confirmation # to your MDE and then assign the tickets from there. If there are not paying until they get there, there's nothing that can be done. I can try to help out if they want to PM me.
 
Just wanted to add that to obtain the BOG pass, you use your hotel reservation number...which has nothing to do with YES or tickets. That should be easy enough to resolve. Rooms are booked separately from YES.

The YES tickets are linkable (YES is Youth Education Services, which is not DISNEY Disney). I agree with PP that they must have elected for pick-up. A call to the YES office should resolve this.
 
There's a very comprehensive YES thread over in the Budget forum. It seems to be standard practice that Large groups don't get ticket or reservation information in advance and specifically cannot make fp+ selections.
 

Honestly, I don't think the YES office is terribly well informed on how the FP+ system, etc. I know that I was told that you had to have tickets in hand to make FP+ selections, but after I ordered and paid, I decided to try to link the confirmation # to my MDE acct., and it worked. HOWEVER, because of that they did not send physical tickets, which has now caused me to mess up my MDE acct. IF they are going to link a confirmation number, make sure EVERYONE has a magic band and is connected in MDE first.
 
To add to that, we have ALWAYS gotten our tickets in advance, but we aren't a "large" group. The most students I've had is 20...trying to change that :) I think larger groups usually have to pay with cashier's check and have to pick up at will call....that is probably the problem.
