Apologize in advance if this has been asked. I looked into this a few months ago since my oldest would turn 5 on our next trip and he would love to do the "How things move" class. I was able to price out 5 tickets (me, DW, DS, DDx2). I'm now in the budgeting process of our next trip and I priced out 5 tickets and it said since only 2 are signed up you can only get 2 tickets. Is this the case or did I miss a step? Just want my budget to be right. Can't have DW and one DD join because I'm sure there's a rule about not letting a 3 year old roam WDW alone. :confused3

They are now only allowing parents and the child attending, if i understand correctly. Your 4 year old would not qualify unfortunately.

So you should be able to get 4 tickets, I think. The two year old would be out of luck. it is an irritating form!

That is not the case. You can purchase as many tickets as you need for children. Only up to two for adults it looks like. I put in myself, my two kids, one of which is 4 and doesn't qualify for the class, and it allows me to purchase. You do have to enter EVERYONE's name in the form, and then check off who exactly is attending the class.

Does anyone know if they mail the tickets still, or is it will call only?

any word on individual enrollment in November?

YES group has stated they are not planning any Individual Enrollment classes for November or December but it doesn't hurt to check YES website occasionally to see if anything changes.

:)

The blows. We're going in November and I was really hoping to get my daughter into the animation class because she LOVES to draw. She and I are going alone and that was one of the main reasons I'm leaving my son at home.

This is correct and what I was told when I bought our tickets a month ago. I entered my name, dh's, ds's and dd's (age 3) but only signed up ds and me for the class. This allowed me to buy 4 tickets.

The tickets are now will call only.

I think the south carolina homeschool people are doing their thing in November. You might want to check them out.

We will be in WDW 9/28 - 10/3. I do not see any classes for any of my dates. Does that mean that I cannot purchase tickets?

I actually see that there is one class for my departure date...what time are the classes? would attending one class entitle me to the tickets?

Hello all! I am sorry to hijack this thread...but it seems like this is where to ask questions about YES... so here goes!
I am SO excited about this program...signed DS11 up for one at MK on 17June...we were planning to be there that day anyway...so it's perfect! So I bought tickets for him, DH and I at the same time. Today I realize that there is also a class that I could sign DD15 and DD16 up for...but when you sign up you have to designate an adult and it forces you to buy a ticket for each person...I have already bought tickets for DH and I ... ?? Does anyone know how to go about adding 2 kids into a program and buying just their tickets?

Thanks!! :goodvibes

If you have to buy 2, just buy them as one adult and one child. Then use as appropriate, imo.

If you are not attending a class (if there isn't one scheduled for your dates) then you may not purchase the discounted tickets. You only need to attend one class to qualify for the tickets. As for the class on your departure date, if you click on the "sign up now" button, it will bring you to a page that shows the class schedule. :goodvibes

Thanks for the info! I re-did the signup and added all family names but only marked the two that would be attending class (myself and son). It allowed me to purchase 5 tickets. I was previously only entering the names of those attending the class thus the reason why it would only allow me to purchase 2 tickets.

Now to save this info for when it's time to go and we all require a ticket :disrocks:
