The only reason I was concerned about not enough people for our Aug 10 class is that it's at the beginning of the Aug-Oct schedule. I didn't know how many would be up for a class about two weeks after the schedule was released

Oh, I am so envious of you guys...I WISH there was a class during our upcoming trip. We took the only one they are offering...the ds said we should take it again...too funny Not much for older kids, shame

So to make sure I am reading correctly, you have to be FL residents to get the 1 day tickets right? Don't think it will work for us this trip but it would have been fun! I will keep this in mind for our next big trip where we need longer tickets, I hope they continue the program!

Nope. Youth Group tickets are completely independent of "gate" or "rack rate" tickets and are set well in advance. The rates are based on a calendar year and typically increase in January. The rates ARE increasing for 2011, but not by a lot at all (less than the gate increase).

I got the new order sheet yesterday with the prices on it-they went up by around 8 dollars a ticket.

I guess that price increase is as of January 2011. $8 increase not too bad, it is still a great savings.

I just ordered today for Open Enrollment program taking place 2 weeks from now and was charged the same price that park tickets have been during this year.

I received a phone call about 15 minutes after I signed up (over the internet)
But that was because I had made a mistake on the tkts and they had to correct it!

But I have since received an e-mail confirmation, with instructions on where to pick up the tickets, etc.

If you have any doubts, just give them a call

with our ages 22,19 & 13 but have a ~slightly~ shorter drive at

1085 miles

nope. These are actually group tickets, and group tickets are advance purchase tickets only; not upgradable. BUT give 888-779-1757 option 3 a call to see if you can get a longer ticket.

I am sure I read that you can order different amounts of days and 10 day premium is one of them. You would have to go back through the pages to find the one that had it listed. A whole lot cheaper to get it through the yes than if you tried to upgrade any ticket(YES tickets can not be upgraded).

I see most of the classes are for 8 and up. Are you still able to buy tickets for kids under 8? And what will you do with the under 8's during the class?
