Disney Y.E.S. Program

UGH! Last week I was told they'd be live on the 24th or 25th. Anybody want to call Dave today and see what's up?

I just wanted to update that I did call the number for Disneyland and was able to book my daughter in two classes for January. I was able to buy 5 tickets for us. They are 5 day hoppers for $235. I was emailed and invoice and have to pay by four weeks out. Classes will be confirmed 3 weeks out. It was so easy and the guy was very pleasant to talk to on the phone.

So was there a deposit required? I was looking through this thread trying to see if you have to pay all of it upfront or not and did not see an answer.

ready for it to be up and going! Wanting to finalize some things---I know it won't help me right now since we are not going until May/June. At least we will know who is able to get tickets and how much they cost.

I did not have to put a deposit down for this one. I was just sent an invoice for it and told to pay by 4 weeks out.

Just a reminder that this was for Disneyland in California and not the World in Orlando. They might do things differently.

Does anyone remember those Mervyns Black Friday ads from the early 90's? I'm totally dating myself, right? A woman is face planted against the window, saying "open, open, open." I feel like that.

I just booked the Homeschool tickets and added a YES class for January.

One of the changes that was confirmed for tickets for 2013 is that you cannot have more adults than kids, except in this case: one child can register two adults. I had read that you can call and have an adult sibling added. I tried and you cannot do this. So if you have one child in the YES or Homeschool program, the most you can register is 2 adults.

Thanks! That's helpful and good news. Now I won't have to try and sign up my kids for different classes so DH and I can both score discounted tickets (if I ever get to sign them up). Tired of waiting.
