We stay offsite so I am not the person to help you out with that part, but last I knew YES ticket payments are processed by a non Disney company so you couldn't use giftcards.
can I pay for YES tickets with Disney gift cards?
TIA!
I bought mine three days ago and could not use Disney Gift Card![]()
Not at Disney Quest itself but at the Guest Services by Disney Quest.
Okay...if there are any other non sleepers out there (I'm at work) here's my question. My family consists of myself, my husband and our 4 children. Each child wants to participate in a class, but because of their ages there is not 1 class that they all can participate in, so I have to enroll them all in separate classes. (Technically my DD 10 and my DS 9 could be in the same class, but she could care less about Properties of Motion. She wants to take Wild By Nature). Anyway, since they are all under 13 they each must have a chaperone. Unfortunately, that means that we have to pay for two extra YES classes.
Also, my parents are going to be with us, but since they aren't immediate family they do not qualify for Y.E.S. tickets, but my kids would love to have them chaperone.
So, does anyone have an answer for me other than, "Oooh, tough luck?".
I'll be calling the program as soon as they open in about 3 hours, but I just thought there might be informed insomniacs out there who might help.![]()

Ah, ok. Clearly I have no clue what DQ is!I thought it was inside. Do you happen to know where the Guest Services is located then? Right next to DQ? Thanks!

I just looked at the map and maybe I am wrong. It does look like the guest services is in Disney Quest. Since it requires a ticket to get in the door I do not think that they would put quest services in the building. However it may be connected to the building. Perhaps someone who knows more than me can help?
I see what you're saying, I just looked at a DTD map on Disney's site. It appears to be inside, it's hard to tell! But if like you said, you need a ticket to even enter, then it must be outside. Otherwise people would have to buy a ticket just to get to Guest Relations.
Thanks for your help!![]()
Yes, that is where we picked up our tix.
They really emphasized to me that they had to be picked up at a ticket office and not at Guest Services.
But... since we have a confirmation that someone was successful there, I feel better. The guy at YES told me there was a place at DTD, but not to use the Guest Serv so this is actually a ticket office?

Sign 2 of the kids up with you and your husband as parent chaperones, one for each.
Then do a separate registration for the other 2 with their grandparents as guardian chaperones(it doesn't ask the relationship anyway, at least I don't think so)
I had a similar situation and called the YES program for assistance. I was told to purchase the YES tickets in two transactions. 1 with you and your husband and two of your kids and the other with your parents and two of your kids. That way there would be one adult per child.
All Guest Services/Relations locations should be able to handle all ticket operations, with some very limited exceptions that I am aware of. It shouldn't really matter.
Both of the DTD locations are considered Guest Services. One does seem to do some things that the other can't, but as far as I know it has nothing to do with tickets (except for possibly the Premier Passport) - for instance, I believe Disney Visa Rewards cards can only be issued at the Marketplace location.
Im going this summer with my wife, our 20 yr old son, his 21 yr old girlfriend, our 17 yr old daughter and her 17 yr old friend.
There is a YES session my daughter and her friend could attend. For them I'd like to buy 7 day premium packages.
Since they are 17, I believe the requirement is that their "adult" only need be in the same park and aren't required to attend the session with the girls.
I'd like to buy 2 additional 7-day premium packages thru the program. Would it be possible for either a) my son and his girlfriend to be considered "adult/guardians", allowing me to buy 7-day premiums directly for them, OR b) my wife and I to be the guardians, but buying our 7-day premiums packages thru the YES program and transferring/giving them to my son and his gf. See, my wife and I really only need 7 day Park hoppers. We have no need for waterparks, etc. We want the most flexible tickets to go to the young people that will actually use them to the fullest.
By the way, we'll be staying on property in a room only reservation. I'd just buy the extra 2 7-day park hoppers separately from UT.
Thanks is advance for any help on me being able to make this work optimally.
Well, if you could confirm there are at least two spots in the class they want, you could sign up one 17 year old with you and your wife and then the second with your son and his gf and then you would all get the discount tickets. I would think if you call and explain that two friends want to be in the same class, you could confirm that there are 2 or more spots.
There is at least 1 spot open for the 2 17-yr olds. However, I was under the impression that you could only purchase 1 adult ticket for each child. But I guess that doesn't apply if you are enrolling the 2 children separately. I guess that is why you are recommending that I call and confirm that there are 2 spots so that I can make sure of that before I enroll the first child (to get 2 adult tix).... and then in turn will enroll the second child (to get 2 additional adult tix).
Also, are you sure that the YES program tix can be transferred to another user (before they are used). I was under the impression that these tickets were a little different than typical dis tix.
This is all new to me even though I've been to wdw about 7-8 times in my life.
Thanks!
