I received my confirmation email with a confirmation #, but it does not have a bar code. The email said your confirmation will be sent with a bar code. Has anyone received the email with the bar code?

I am in the same boat as you. I got an email saying that an email would be coming with a barcode but never got the email with the barcode. I will say the email that says a barcode is coming has pictures in it that will not download. I am wondering if one of the pictures is of the barcode? I plan to call today to see whats up. I will let you know what I find.

Yes, in my email (gmail) I have to click "Display images" at the top and then the barcode shows up. Hopefully that's the issue others are having.

Yes, mine has a barcaose. It came from info@studentguest.com so perhaps check your spam folder.

I do think this is my issue. However, I can not figure out how to download the pictures. I have comcast email? I have tried viewing the email from 2 different computers and my tablet. I right click on the image that is not displaying and choose show picture but nothing happens.

I called Disney Y.E.S program and they told me that some browsers are not able to display the bar code, however as long as you have the confirmation number and the program details there will not be a problem. Guest services can manually input the confirmation number.

Is it true that your Y.E.S. tickets can be picked up at Disney Quest at DTD? We're planning to spend time there on our arrival day and it would be very convienent to swing by DQ and get them. My email confirmation says you can pick them at any ticket window but doesn't list DQ as being one of them. Thanks!

Not at Disney Quest itself but at the Guest Services by Disney Quest.

Ah, ok. Clearly I have no clue what DQ is! I thought it was inside. Do you happen to know where the Guest Services is located then? Right next to DQ? Thanks!

I just looked at the map and maybe I am wrong. It does look like the guest services is in Disney Quest. Since it requires a ticket to get in the door I do not think that they would put quest services in the building. However it may be connected to the building. Perhaps someone who knows more than me can help?

I see what you're saying, I just looked at a DTD map on Disney's site. It appears to be inside, it's hard to tell! But if like you said, you need a ticket to even enter, then it must be outside. Otherwise people would have to buy a ticket just to get to Guest Relations.

There is a guest services connected to DQ on the outside. When I had a problem with my tickets once they weren't able to help me though, so I had to go to a different guest services back towards the Marketplace. It was behind Planet Hollywood, but a little closer towards DQ.

Were they able to let people pick up their Y.E.S. tickets though? Aside from the problem you were having with yours? I did see that there's another Guest Relations over by Raglan Road.

OK YES pros, I need some help with figuring this out, please!

I want my kids to take part in a class. We go in October, so I need to get on this like, yesterday. I'm wanting to do the dining plan with my package, but I understand that YES is not included in the package deal.

Does this make sense:
I buy the YES tix now with the days I need for our stay. I book a reservation with 2 day base tix and add the dining plan. Then if by chance FD comes out for my dates in October, I can take advantage of that deal, correct?

I've been going over numbers and plans for a few weeks now and I"m going to lose my mind. I need to book this and move on! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One more question, can I pay for YES tickets with Disney gift cards?
