any help...my ds class is on 2/14 and the tix say in 2 weeks before the class u should gt a detailed email..but got nothing yet...

We did a seminar & class and the confirmations (one for each) came 8 & 10 days in advance.

We are attending the "How things move" class on February 14th at MK.....anyone else going to this one???

I haven't received any sort of confirmation email (aside from when I originally booked the class and purchased tickets)
Someone mentioned in a post above that they usually send the email one week before the class, so I will try to wait patiently

I was wondering, if I go to Downtown Disney to pick up our tickets the first day we get in (we wont be attending the class until three days after we arrive) can I just go and pick them up myself (the tickets were ordered under my name and we are staying off site) or do I have to have my husband, son and daughter with me?? I read people mentioned they have to be signed (I guess as best as a 5 and 6 yr old can, right?) but I didnt know if it had to be signed in the presence of the person handing us over the tickets.

The reminder emails have been going out about 1 week prior to your programs. You have received your confirmation below and are all set. If you are concerned, you can go to www.disneyyouth.com and there is an 800 number you can call. You should still receive the email.

We are taking the class in June. Those who are taking the 2/14 class, if you are able, please share or PM me all your experiences and details of the class, I would be eternally grateful.

I want to know if I need to make matching t-shirts, autograph books, etc etc etc.
If we do not get the YES tickets it will be a relaxing camping & waterpark only trip.

My oldest ds16 and my dd12 do not want to enroll in a class, but my ds7 does....so can we still get tickets for the family if ds7 is the only one who takes a class?

Also, does anyone know how early you can get your tickets? We will be staying offsite and arriving on June 9th, but our class would be over a week later.

Yes you can. When you sign up and purchase tickets, you must list all the members of your party. Your children will all be listed as "students" with name and birthdate and then you and your spouse are "adults". Then you will be asked who will be attending the program and you will check the one child and one adult.

You will be asked your arrival and departure date. The tickets will be valid one week before your arrival and will expire one week after. That way you have some flexibility in arrival and departure actual dates and are not toally locked in.

You will receive a ticket voucher with a bar code to take to guest services to pick up the tickets. You will also show photo ID. That can happen any time after the valid date shown on the voucher.

On the day of the class, the instructor will have the names of the adult and child.

It's easy and works wonderful. We've done it twice, each kid did a class for different trips. We will continue to do it as long as the timing works. DS has autism but did fine with his Dad along, and the instructor was great.

I thought you could only get tickets for a non-participating child if there were no classes available that the child qualified for?

It appears from the Y.E.S. website that only Disneyland classes are open for June not Disney World. Michelle - Did you register for a Disneyland class? We are anxiously awaiting word on Disney World.
