Disney World Website Chat link

A few months ago, I was on the Disney World Website, (disneyworld dot disney dot go dot com) and there was a link that I could use if I wanted to chat with a Disney member and ask questions. Now I can't find it. Am I losing my mind, or is that no longer available? If it is, where can I find it? I want to ask a question to the Disney crew, but would rather use that chat link than call as it isn't urgent.

I've never used it, but I see "Chat" in one of the blue banners on the DIS boards main pages. This is the link that appeared when I clicked on "Chat":
