OMG I finally got through and booked my other days!!! My Edge browser came through first, Chrome and Firefox are still on the Castle. So I would highly recommend that you open windows in multiple browsers so you have a better chance of one of them getting through.

They were all on the wait page with the castle. I did not refresh, just let them go. You should see it blink every now and then as it refreshes. That's when my login page popped up.

Has anyone been able to make reservations in the last 30 minutes? Do we know if the site is down, or just overloaded?

I have. However, after completing my session, I've been sitting on the castle for at least 15 minutes waiting to view my plans. I finally decided to check my plans on my phone app, and all 8 of my park passes are there, so it seems to have worked. Just can't view anything but the castle waiting room on my laptop.

Make sure you are not signed in to MDE then select Dining Res at a DS location that you know will be open. once you do that it will ask you to sign in and choose your party after you get the res goto modify plans and then you should be able to see make park res Good luck

matter doing that I am getting
“Important message” if you plan on visiting a theme park, guest is required to make theme park reservation with a “view availability” button
Click on that I get a white page with site map footers. I have been trying to make park reservations since 7am. Is there still availability for August? Help!

This is no longer working as simply as it did earlier this morning; now if you aren't logged in yet you get taken to the Millennium Falcon queue/holding page when trying to go to the Dining Reservation page(s)

The tip someone just posted to try to buy memory maker instead of dining res worked like a charm. In and out and 4 park reservations made (for existing 4-day ticket) in under 5 minutes.

I never got the "you have reached your limit" glitch, I just got kicked out of the system. I figured it was for that but I may be wrong.

While the dining reservation work around to speed login seems to have been closed, try going to the Memory Maker page, adding it to your cart, then checking out, which will ask you to log in. After logging in, you can cancel your cart and you can then go on to make park reservations.

Edit: it seems to think the Memory Maker link is spam, so go to disneyworld.disney.go.com and add /memory-maker/ to the URL

I can confirm that I just tried this and it works! Another workaround in case you are having issues logging in to MDE

I was in earlier but no parks were available. So, we foolishly decided we should log out and try again. That was a mistake. But there were literally no parks open. So does that mean we go to wdw with only one park reservation? I mean 6 days and 1 park reservation. Is it worth it?

I'm a software developer and I agree with your testing plans. I would like to add that even thought this is a new reservation system, they have had inherent problems with the design of their entire site. I don't know if it is because it is designed more with Mobile in-mind, or if it is just poor flow design, but the system is junk. I see that especially in the Fastpass system, in particular, where you have to go through multiple steps to select a fast pass that starts with selecting your party, hitting apply, then going to park, then finding a fast pass, and God forbid you decided on a different park or different ride and you have to start alllllll the way from the beginning.

Even the most basic Login system is so poorly coded that it boggles the mind - it disconnects you for no reason, it doesn't maintain your login state well. I was surprised by how poor this system was a few years ago, and I am now just disappointed that it continues to be in an even worse state now. I mean, this site is pretty much the first thing people see when they want to go to your park - the park is second. Make the first experience better, Disney!!!

No way is that accurate. It shows me full or no availability, and one date, July 15th, continually says there are no hours to be retrieved.

Finally got on the page to make a dining reservation (the workaround) and no can do because no res can be booked more than 60 days out (was looking for December). I forgot that part....................
Now back to the page with the castle, which I have been on now for about an hour or so.

Just had 3 windows finally allow me to pick my party. But when I pick any date (including those in and out of my reservation period), it states 'One or more parks are not available for Disney Park Pass selections.' I can't chose any park on any day!

I narrowly survived picking park reservations but now I have to change resorts. POR will be closed. Someone said that Disney will make us pay the difference if we switch. I also can’t get through on the phone. How does this work?

I have resort reservations at the Wilderness lodge for October of this year. I had all my dinning reservations too but all those were cancelled. All I had left was to purchase tickets. I got an email from Disney on May 29th saying since i had reservations I would be first to be able to get ticket and a follow up email was coming. I never received another email except for one for each of my 8 dinning resevvations that were cancelled. Can I buy ticket now since I have resort reservations or no? PLEASE HELP......
