Just wait on the 0 timer! Mine refreshed on one of my many tabs and I didn't even realize it! The tab title will change to "Create your party"

Got in! Done in less than 2 minutes. Super simple.

The dozens upon dozens of posts from folks not being able to get in leads me to believe it's really not super simple for most people.

Timer got to zero, got stuck, did some weird blinking, finally let me in. I got kicked out though but made what I needed to for my most immediate trip.

One trick if you can't sign in - Go to "make dining reservation", find a date and time that is open - click to make it. It will ask you to login, cancel once logged in and tada you are good.

This avoids the castle

If it helps, the time page auto refreshed on my incognito tab and I was able to get in. Still hasn't on my regular tab.
