Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

I am on the site now, nothing different. The park Pass info site still says coming soon.

Can anyone confirm.... This current reservation system is for Park tickets and hotel up to September 26?? I'm not trying to log in but wondering. Our trip isn't until December. Thanks.

I had two tabs waiting it out, one that I navigated to My Plans through the bottom of the screen, and then finally got the menu bar to pop opening a new tab. Smooth sailing from there, other than they haven't pushed the park reservation system live yet.
The second tab idea is genius. I opened another tab, went to the Disney World site. i show as logged in, have the MDE menu, and got to the park reservation page. Thank you! Still no place to make reservations.

What the heck?! I just got an email from Disney with a gift card for $90. They amount doesn't equate to anything that could have been cancelled. Anyone else?!

If Disney hasn't even opened up the system yet, than this has nothing to do with the number of people trying to get on.
But the site still shouldn’t be crashing. They should be able to handle increased traffic without throwing crazy error messages and logging everyone out.

3 laptops going, haven’t been able to sign into any of them even once. Been trying for 50 minutes now.

I have a MacBook and a Laptop...I am about ready to pull out my two ipads though... I think I will at the top of the hour! ....maybe this is why we have IT issues....too many of us on multiple devices..... :rolleyes1

I'm never compelled to post, but this is too irritating. We used to go to San Diego Comic-Con and that site was slammed by millions of people when the pass window opened, there was a nice virtual queue and then you were randomly sorted and placed into a line. It makes no sense that a company like Disney can't get their site to work when they are fully aware everyone staying at a resort is going to be logging in for reservations. My local zoo has a better reservation system.
Yes I have bought many tickets to big events World Series, BCS National Championship etc and it works like this. Should be easy.
