A question for the Disney gurus out there.
My parents are headed to the World sans-kids for the first time since 1974, and my siblings and I wanted to buy them a gift to mark the occasion. We were hoping to get them a gift card that they could use at on-site restaurants (my dad, being the original Frugally McFrugalpants, is unlikely to go for anything other than counter service on his own...we were hoping this way, they might be able to eat someplace nice, too.
) I found information elsewhere on this website about such a card, but I am unable to find a list of participating restaurants/stores...just a vague "accepted at select stores/restaurants" sort of blurb. So my question is...does anyone know how widely accepted these things are? Are they accepted at the sit-down places or just the counter services? Or should I give up on the gift card idea and just hand them cash? (sniff but there are no mickeys on cash sniff sniff) Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
