Disney World College Internship Program

Hey,

I am new to this whole Forum situation. But I know already by browsing I am excited about it! A Forum dedicated to talking about Disney I am in! I have always been a big fan of Disney, so many memories, photos and trips taken there over the years I can't even imagine the number. I have always wanted to work for the college internship program at Disney World and I have decided to apply for the fall 2012 session. I am wondering if you guys can give me any introductions, lessons learned, any advice or words of wisdom. I am wondering when to apply, or help with the whole phone interview. I just have so many questions unanswered. My sister did the program but quite a few years back. Any help is great. Thanks!

For me, the CP was a great experience. I learned so much during my programs (and am still at Disney, in fact). I found that it helps to pick as many roles as you feel comfortable doing (I always picked 4-5 roles on the application). For the phone interview, stay calm, be honest with your answers, smile (they can tell, even over the phone), and have fun! Pretend you're talking to a close friend.
