The worksheet is ok but it's not for those that don't fly nor for those staying longer than 7 days. And it can't be updated easily.
I have an old version of MicroSoft Works that has a great worksheet that will keep a running total for you. It's called Travel Planner, Budget. Poke around in your own computers software and you may find something similiar. It also has a packing list that can be changed to personalize it to your family and a Pre-Travel Checklist with lists of all those things like unplugging items, holding the mail, get a medical checkup.........
