Where in Australia is it?? My brother has a friend in Sydney. She works for MTV.

She's Australian.. from some weird town on the coast.

I'm going to Townsville. It's right by the Great Barrier Reef!

Heidi, that's awesome! You'll love it. Not that I ever went to Australia; I studied in the UK. It was the best experience and I am soooooo glad I did it despite the enormous expense that I am STILL paying for.
TOTALLY worth it.

In other news, my photo account expired because I got a new bank card, so apparently all of my photos are now red x's. Must fix that this week. Oops!

Thanks Erica!! The way it turned it my semester abroad should be slightly cheaper than a semester here. Not much, maybe a 100 or 200 dollars or something like that, but it was the fact that it wouldn't cost me anymore that I decided I could and wanted to do it!

Good Morning!! Yesterday was a terrible day-I had a seminar, it snowed again! Then I found out my family(My Dad, Tim, Amanda and the dog) were in an accident. Everybody's OK!. Then Geek squad called they cant get any of the info off our old hard drive-so I lost some of my pictures! 'I have to work tonight 11pm-7am YUCK!!!!!!!! But I get tomorrow off!

I heard about the snow! Well...the Maryland snow anyways. Sorry about the accident, glad everyone's ok Vicki! Awww too bad about your old hard drive files.

Maybe we can both learn together. I do try to back up all my pictures as soon as I upload them. I don't delete them from my camera until I know I've burned a disc with them on it. As for the other stuff..... our iTunes library is HUGE. I have to figure out how to back it up, it can't be that hard!

I am getting very sleepy. I got home and in bed by 7:30am, and was up at 10:30am! It finally hit around 4pm then we ate! I got my second wind but I'm fading fast!

I'm all settled in now.. I've got furniture and clean stuff everywhere and I've gone grocery shopping way too many times for one person!

And I officially bought my flights to Disney in September for my Girls Only trip with Lindsey! So excited!

I've been following this for quite some time. It's really horrible! I've read two different versions, too. One is that she got blood poisoning as a result of stepping on a rusty nail, that she's currently on dialysis and that she'll possibly need a kidney transplant. The other version is that she contracted an e.Coli infection and is recovering now. I don't know.... whatever it is, it's certainly a nightmare! I understand their need for privacy but I'd hate to think that what we're hearing is false. I've also read that production of his new movie, Sweeney Todd, has been halted until she's better.

My thoughts and prayers go out to their family. I can't imagine what they're going through and hope to God I never find out!

I had been following this story too. Sooo sad for there whole family. It doesn't matter how famous you are or how much money you have I'm sure you would give it all up in aminute to keep your child safe and healthy. My heart goes out to them. I do hope we get to hear the whole story and know that she is truly ok.

I totally agree Suzanne! I have seen conflicting stories in two different magazines. The most painful is seeing the pictures of him carrying her in his arms...her head cradled in his arm, as they're leaving the hospital. It's so pathetic. I know I've said it before but I can not imagine how horrible it must be for them.

On the bright side, if they were indeed leaving the hospital we have to assume that she has to be getting better. I can't see them releasing her if she's in critical condition. One magazine said that they were returning home to France so she could be cared for by her private physician.

I sure hope so.....Isn't it funny how peoples kids are just so universal you feel so deeply for someones kids you will never meet. Sometime i watch the news and literally cry when they show stories about kids. Im so sappy

The kid thing is universal...especially if you have one. You can feel their pain and understand how horrifying it is! I'm a huge fan of his so it ends up feeling like your own family...even if you don't even know them. It makes it worse too that she's the same age as our kids....the thought that it could have been one of our own kids makes absolutely unbearable!

Yes I did. In Russian. LOL I also have it with subtitles...which is a very loose translation. I actually won a chance to see the trailer today in Miami but it was a 4:00 and we would have had to left to go there early in the morning to get in line. It's about 3, 3 1/2 hours from here so I didn't go. I would have made the effort if it was for the entire movie but for the trailer, it wasn't worth it to me.
