It's actually for a digital camera. Huge amount of memory if you ask me. I was excited when I found 2GB...I can't even imagine 8!

We went to see POTC2 again last night. It was our anniversary...we went out to dinner and then hit the movie. Much easier to watch a 2nd time, I could focus on the details. It was still awesome! :teeth: My DH and I don't get to go on too many "dates" without kids...we've probably been on only 9 or 10 since we met. It was a great night!

Back to reality now though. :cloud9:

:rainbow: Happy Anniversary! :dance3: Did the fuzzy parts of POTC get put into perspective this time around? Depending on the movie, I have to watch it multiple times. :sad2:

Piecey, thanks for the ride. Ya, did you use your camera to capture the video?

Vicki- Glad Tim was well enough to go to work. That can be good and bad for him.Cont'd well wishes Tim! :wizard:

Have a great Monday all!

Logan, I'm in research mode for my costume. *insert evil laugh here* :teeth:

Thanks Kerry & Taeja :thumbsup2

I am going to get the pirate pinwheels and yo yo's. If anyone has gotten these or is thinking about it please let me know. :cool1:

This reminded me to buy the stuff before I forget. Just ordered the pirate stuff, $91 later!, so you can mark it as black, purchased.

patches - 30
replica coins - 64
coin pouches - 30

mom_of_two.... Mine are still grey on the first page but have been purchased. I think July 15th is the cuttoff for adding people.

Thanks. I changed yours to black. You are right, the cutoff is Saturday- July 15th

I forgot to mention when we were on this topic. Jim one of our friends that will be with us only has one leg. It is not noticeable while he is clothed except for a slight limp. He does have to take his leg off to swim though. The kids usually get scared and run away from him. My oldest DD does not pay any attention but my three year old still stares or asks questions. She will not sit on his lap when he does not have it on. This is a good lesson for you parents whose kids like motorcycles. He lost it in a motorcycle accident. I just thought I would let everyone know. The little boys are usually more apt to ask questions and the little girls seem to get scared. Jim is a nice guy and has no problems with answering any questions your children may have. I need to start becoming a shopping addict I am running out of time.

I think we are all flawed in some way...physically or mentally. For me its both. Oh and, I'll try and not scare you all with my post baby belly ;) ( I hope this statement is taken in good humor. Just let me know when I need to dawn my flame suit).

Momof2princess:princess: , I'd be happy to shop for you, just send me your choice of payment.... I can't stop shopping!!! I'm up to three bathing suits! I tend to Ebay too much. :badpc:

I thought I replied but now I don't see it.. weird..

Yeah, I did use my digital camera. I had a 2GB memory card I bought before I left because I didn't want to have to worry about running out. Haha..
I took the videos my last night in Paris.. when I only had a couple days left in Europe and knew I'd have plenty of memory...
I've got some longer ones.. one has the Louvre in it.. but you'd have to pardon my rather intoxicated commentary.. Wine really was cheaper than coke!

Hi Dawn!

LOL Tae Ja, I'm at the Renaissance Festival on weekends. Three more weeks, then I'm free again! I bought a new bodice that I want to show off, but I don't know if I should give away my costume before the cruise. :ssst: :lmao: And I spent so much on face painting that I think I really ought to just buy a kit and paint my kids' faces myself. Anyone want to donate to that cause? :rotfl:

Anyway, I just updated the goodies list, as always, check to make sure the info is correct. Especially anything that has to do with numbers! :teacher:

I still have post baby belly and my baby is going to be 4. As far as shopping I like to do that I am just trying to figure out which bank to rob. I think it is going to be the bank of husbands wallet first.

Dawn

I can't find the exact quote where Eliz. Swan says some thing like. You think that's painful....try wearing a corset! That's what came to mind after reading your post. Oh my gosh, I can't imagine the torture of sucking it up so I can hear my ribs cracking. Ohvay! I think during this period of time, I'd rather be a peasant rather than an aristicrat to spare myself some physical torture.

Jacoby: I'm gonna teach you the meaning of pain.
Elizabeth: You like pain?
[hits pirate in the head with a pole]
Elizabeth: Try wearing a corset.

Love it!

Tae Ja- I too am working on my threads, but the parents are getting mad at all of my requests... :ssst: The only feature that i cannot seem to get my hands on for under 100 dollars is the coat/jacket. I am looking for one similar to Sparrow's- dark color, simple embroidery, and large cuffs. If I can't find it, the costume will still be good, just without a coat.

Very nice!!! I would love to go to Paris!! I dont speak French though.

Dawn-Thank you for everything that you have helped me with! :sunny: I will still be looking for it, but I will live if i can't get it. Thanks again! :)

I'm off to trivia night. I had a slight meltdown when I realized that I do not have all the supplies I need for the trip :guilty:

My shopping list has too many items that need purchasing. I am thinking of stopping at Wal-Mart and picking some stuff up. I sorely lack the shopping gene. :lmao:

Oh Yeah,
Dumb me! If you breast feed I guess it is kind of hard to leave the baby. I did not think of that part. Oh well, you would have fun. Go for it. You could always just book on board and then transfer it to another time if you are to pregnant to go. That brings me to a question. How long do you have to travel if you book a cruise on board?

O.k., here's what Dzneprincess: (seasoned DISer and DCL sailor) replied. Hey T ! You can book it out for as far as DCL has the rates released for and then change it to the real week you want once those dates are out!

If you book onboard, you can transfer your reservation to a TA for a lower rate, keep the credits, and shuffle your dates. Pretty cool.

So, book away if you are able!
