Patsy, I am glad you are dressing up for Pirate Night. I want to do something as well but was afraid I would be the only one!

Taeja: Sorry I missed your post. Sad to say but as a single parent, the thought of having to do the costume thing on short notice would have frustrated me. I probably would have done something but not a whole costume. My DS is ultra-competitive and I think he would have missed out on the point. He would only care about winning. I hope she has fun on Wednesday. Our district has Wednesday-Friday off.

Hi All,

I might be going on this cruise with all of you. We just got off the Nov 5th Western DCL and DH has discovered snorkeling and fell in love with it. He usually doesn't like to swim, so this was a major thing especially since I'm a beach/ocean person. Well, DH turns 40 Feb 4th, 2006 and I booked us on the Sept 3rd 4 night as a birthday present for him. I want to snorkel when it's warm and I couldn't beat the price-this cruise was actually $60 cheaper than the 3 night Wonder that sails Aug 31-Sept 3-go figure ! So, as long as DH likes his present we'll be on board with all of you. If not, I'll be sad but I won't complain, since we're taking our twins and my parents on the Dec 3rd 4 night Wonder !

It snowed here.
Walked outta work today and just looked up and stood there, loving it.

One of my managers walked by about five minutes later and saw me standing there, smiling like an idiot.
I doubt I'll ever live that one down.
