Haven't heard from her yet. She should have landed by now. I just checked her flight status and it said her plane arrived at 12:08. :woohoo: I wonder if it's raining in Orlando?

Nope. Just a sprinkle every now and then.

I left work early to make the Orlando to Casselberry trip before the rain and wind was supposed to start....but I guess I had not watched the news all day and it turns out it won't be near us until this evening. So I'm catching up on DIS instead.

Good thing they cancelled school today......

DH just ran out to the hobby shop, so I think I will take this opportunity to get some laundry done, and a few of the other things on my list. For some reason it keeps getting longer. Me? Type A? Nah. ;)

Hmm..so I haven't finished my laundry yet, haven't started packing, haven't cleaned out my car so that I can drive to Pittsburgh or finished my costumes.

I think I win the prize for least-prepared. We're leaving here about 3-3:30 AM on Saturday morning to drive to Pittsburgh.. and I've still got two shifts at work and classes to go to :-P

Don't feel bad Patsy. I haven't finished our laundry nor started packing either. I have been trying to organize my house, but haven't gotten to far on that either. I need to get my butt in gear!

Yeah - especially because I only HAVE one belt :rotfl:
I had never heard of such a thing til I got to college. My roommate and her friend were trying to decide which belt matched their rainbows...and I just sat there laughing. :rotfl:

I had to do a double-take there, thought that was Bill! :rotfl:

Ernesto is making it dark and dreary here, with some mild rain. I think it's supposed to get a little heavier tonight. All in all, I think we dodged it pretty nicely! AND, in 4 days we will be at the sailaway party, waving to the crew on the docks!!!

I just noticed I'm a veteran now. I feel old. :rotfl2:

Looking through the posts again for all of those little things that are supposed to be necessary. I just grabbed a few large ziplocs and some dryer sheets, I already have a nitelight (with air freshener built in because I like to multitask) and a travel air-freshener (hospital grade that I "borrowed" from the supply room - that stuff gets rid of ANYTHING), a photo mailer, hilighters, and a backlit digital travel alarm clock. Am I missing anything? I've suddenly gone all blank.

April (Everika on this thread) called me and asked what to pack, and I totally could not come up with anything. I was like....uh.....swimsuits? :confused3

Also need to find the emergency contact number that I can give to my Dad. He likes to be prepared. He's housesitting for us, so I also have to get together the vet emergency info and other instructions (like "don't feed the dogs chocolate").

See why my list keeps getting longer? Help!
