Goodness, I've got the shoe holder thing. Are you guys going to convince me I need to "do" pillowcases too?!? With all this talk you have me thinking about it!

Me, too! How sad is that? I'll probably end up buying pillowcases tonight.

Just got home and settled in...

Spent 4 and a half hours in the employee parking lot talking to Alex after work..

We only stopped talking because I told him to go sleep so he won't hate me tomorrow (He comes in an hour after me tomorrow-- seriously, who is making these schedules?! They're )...

I won't be around tomorrow. I've got work until 3:30 and then I've gotta run around like a crazy person and get my check cashed and get fingerprints and the drug test done..
Then class at 7.. until 9:45! *sigh*
At least it's only French.. should be fairly enjoyable.

OK, I'm back to only being willing to skim the last 3 pages to "catch up", its all I have time for! So if I missed anything, let me know. Lisa - I love dark chocolate! Whats up with TaeJa, start her vacation?

I know I'm way behind you guys but, took some old pants and cut them up to be pirate pants last night so I'm making progress. Will go to walmart tonight looking for hanging pocket thing, sunscreen and a pirate tshirt for DH. Anything else I "need" from walmart for this cruise? Any expert recommendations?

Hmmm.....aloe? Underwater camera? Hi-lighters? A photo mailer (to keep your pics from bending on the way home)? Travel size stuff? What else.....movie snacks maybe?

well that's good! I understand the need to fray costs and you wouldn't believe the amount of people who cannot pass a pre-employment drug screen!

YES I WOULD!!!

I used to work as a contractor for a drug testing company, and TWO OF OUR EMPLOYEES were coke addicts. Sheesh.

We actually had one guy who dipped his specimen cup in the toilet water. Which was dyed blue. And not warm enough to register on the built-in thermometer. And he brought it out all proudly, as if he was getting away with something.

That is how my mom and I were. She wore a size five. Sad for me! My DH has size 16 feet so I have no idea how big the kids feet will be. I hope not amazon women big.

Alex wears a size 15. I asked him one day if his feet were so big to keep him in balance because he's so tall.. and he got really mad at me.

That would be soooo mean! Michael really needs this trip. I can see him breaking down and crying he'll be so happy.
His dad up and left him a couple of weeks ago and moved to New Hampshire with the mother-in-law of his sister that died in June. Left Michael with no mention of it and just came back to tell him he was moving and then left again. Left Michael with alll the bills. He went from having $1300+ for the cruise to whatever is left of the paycheck we got today. He got paid $600 and I ran off with $400 of it and I'm thinking I won't let him have it back until the cruise. I don't think he should be using his money to pay his dads bills. He doesn't know if he can go to college now, when we get back, because of $$. He's really stressed out. He needs this. A lot.

Besides, Alex has HIGH SCHOOL classes to go to..

In all fairness, I really don't know if its going to go anywhere. But it's really rare that I spend four hours in the parking lot of an abandoned mall talking to someone.. all the lights went off about midnight and we were like but still we stayed.. haha

We were good little boys and girls!

I got in my car to leave (because I was supposed to have met someone.. four hours prior!) and he started to walk away and then turned around and said "I'm too young for you, remember?" and I was like "Are you going to call the police on me?" and he laughed, started to walk back and said "No.." but I got in my car said 'bye and drove off.

I dunno, they're boys. They don't even have characters sign anything at character breakfasts anymore. What characters sign the pillowcases?

I bought my teenage boys skull & crossbone pillow cases. I figured, what the heck. They can throw them in the closet if they don't want to use them.
