Another DISer on one of the Douple Dip's sent DS a postcard from CC from Stitch saying "Can't wait to see you again Jared. Your friend Stitch" He was beaming all night last night. I can't believe in 9 days I will be on my way to Florida!

I hope its when we're already on the ship and the captain says, sorry folks we can't dock back in FL, we'll have to wait it out a bit... in other words, give me extra days on the Wonder due to weather related issues! Bring it on!

Yep, I'd much prefer that to an abbrevated or cancelled cruise that sails out of a different Port. Course there would be stress about my house w/o shutters up if something comes while we are sailing.

Sorry, I'm excited.

I just got the call that I got the job I interviewed for last week. I suspected as much but didn't want to get my hopes up, they kept telling me how nice I was and how put together I seemed to be and how amazed that I'd kept a job in fast food since high school...
They also talked to me about how, once I got my degree, if I was still working with them I would have an endless amount of opportunities open to me to go anywhere at all I wanted!

I am now an employee of JP Morgan Chase Bank
BEST part?? Part-time employees earn PAID sick leave and vacation!!!!!!!! I'm soo glad I got this. It pays almost $2+ an hour more than BK and I won't smell like food when I leave.. (Of course the ultimate benefit to the pay raise would be that I have to work less and have more time for school )

Guess this means I won't be working with Alex for much longer.. sorry guys

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Sorry that's so late. Life has been hectic!

As for Alex, I actually thinks this creates a better opportunity to date Alex. That way, when you stop seeing each other you do not have to work together!

I'm back . . . I can not wait to see this guy! Both on the cruise and in the parks! Okay, so I can't wait to see "those" guys!

I began packing and I'm having wardrobe issues already. I haven't mixed and matched a thing. I already know that I'm going to overpack (and I've only picked out clothing for the 4 evenings)!

Somebody PLEASE help me out here . . . to be a nerd, or not to be a nerd, that is the question. We've probably already had this discussion, but I'm losing confidence in my plan. Should my family wear the matching red Mickey Hawaiian shirts that I bought (remember there are 5 of us and my children are 12, 12, and 10) or should I take them back ? (REALLY be honest)
