ahaha no i think i give up. too much to read. will take away from anytime i have to post! i was gone for all of yesterday. i went straight to the movies with my friends last night so i didn't get home till almost 11 cause i had to drive home through a crazy thunderstorm. and then i went straight to bed. i'm sure someone can fill me in on the finer points and anything important that i might have missed

The problem is that I didn't join the thread until the 70th page or so. So Cruisin' Goodies can't be update by me on the first page. However, I think Kerry was doing something along those lines. I just added links to various lists in my signature, and I update them as I go along.

My power is getting shut off tomorrow on my street. I won't be around much so be kind. Hopefully my laptop will give me enough to keep up a little. It is going to be hot here without power so I may just takeoff somewhere. Of course my DD and DH are leaving on a whitewater rafting trip so I had to do all the wash and stuff tonight. See you guys later.

quick question. i was reading about people booking at atlantis. are you guys doing that so you can go on the slides? if so i want to do this. and how does it work. i was so excited when i won the cruise and knew i could finally go to paradise island but we were bummed when we realized you had to be staying at the hotel to use the slides. so how does that actually work?

Not sure if we chatted about this, forgive me if we did. Is anyone planning on snorkeling at Castaway Cay? If so are you bringing your own snorkel & mask or renting theirs? I have the boys signed up for this but I'm not sure if I should cancel it and just pick 2 sets from Sam's as others on the DIS suggest.

Ditto!!! DH is a morning person I on the other hand am not! I hate mornings! That's probably why I work 3-11pm. I worked daylight one day last week walked in and someone said you look like you just got up 2 mins ago!

I hear same here! It was yhe middle of July and they have fall stuff out. I wanted an extra pair of water shoes Well they are all "put" away. Lord knows its only July.

It's even funnier here in Florida where it doesn't even start to cool down til close to January. Our stores stock the same stuff as yours...big furry coats, boots, sweaters, etc...

I end up buying shorts for my DH on eBay because I can never find any in the stores come September/October.... IN FLORIDA?!?

I booked my Magical Express today and ordered my Disney Rewards card from Disney Visa....whoot! I told a friend that I couldn't go to the movies with her last night because I had to get ready for vacation and I was running behind...she said, you don't leave until September, right? She thought I was completely insane...but I'm not packed yet, and I have a ton of things to pay for, and I haven't ordered bracelets or t-shirts, and I need to tour the place where I'm leaving my cat, and and and....

I'm totally behind.

Actually I prefer the instructions on line one--take your time, make a list and deal with things as you can enjoyably do so. But the purple was too funny to not include.

I was a certified Advanced Open Water Diver in my life b.c. (before children). I've been diving in the Keys, Nassau, the Cayman Islands and believe it or not, the Jersey shore and some quarries in PA. I miss those days, it was awesome!

cool. yeah i want to get more certifications and what not. it's so much fun! even though all i've done it in so far is a pool and a lake. i can't wait to actually go somewhere fun! my sister and i got certified for the cruise at christmas time. we never really thought to do it on this cruise because we were planning on swimming with the dolphins but i think that's booked. and i think the dive might be full too. but everyone keeps talking about getting a room at atlantis. so i think that's what i want to do. my other sister told me it was stupid to pay like $120 just to go on some waterslides. but i was like fine you don't have to come... now i just need someone to explain to me how that whole atlantis thing works

Lisa Thanks again for the link for the pillowcases!!!! She just emailed me and said she'll be shipping it out in 4 days after payment clears!!!!!!! I got DD one with the Little Mermaid. She doesnt know we are doing this so she is going to be soooooooo surprised. We also got her a Graduate Minnie in a tropical outfit to give to her our last night when she graduates from D Sea U!

that would be cool too! we're doing the banana boat. finally after 3 cruises. first cruise it was full. second cruise no one was allowed in the water the day we were at castaway cay cause the predator neats had been down the night before and they didn't know what was in the water. 3rd cruise all boat excursions were cancelled cause of the wind.

last night i went and saw pirates again (5th time... yes i know i'm crazy). but it was my friends' first time. they just got back from their disney cruise. halfway through the movie my friend looks at me and says... hey! that's the boat they have on castaway cay

My DH is certified. He's going in Nassau. He wants DD and I to get certified. I'm thinking about it!
