Night everyone.

I actually work in the morning.
I should probably attempt sleep tonight.

Dont know why I was singing Lawerence Welk but here EVERYONE SING:

BUBBLES IN THE WINE ENDING LYRICS

Good night, sleep tight and pleasant dreams to you
Here's a wish and prayer that every dream comes true
And though it's always sweet sorrow to part
I know you'll always remain in my heart

Good night, sleep tight and pleasant dreams to you
Here's a wish and a prayer that every dream comes true
And now 'til we meet again

Adios, au revior, auf weidersehen.....Good Night!

OH great, now that song will be stuck in my head as I waltz upstairs... :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

This doesn't really have anything to do with anything..
Someone sent me a message to a "tribute" site of a friend of mine that died in December. I think I told you guys about it when I came back from Disney. He died in a car wreck on his way back from UofRichmond for Christmas. He went to high school with me and lived down the street for the past 9 years.. so it was a bit of a shock. He was a great guy.

I get upset when people do things like this, though, sometimes because it drudges up old feelings and I think it almost hurts people in their effort to cope with it.
However...
I listened to the song on the site and realized it was written by a resident of our town. If I recall, the man is a Youth Pastor (And I'm fairly certain he's a policeman as well)

And now I want to share it because it was written specifically for Ryan.. who is in the young man in the picture on the site.
I think the song is beautiful.
I suppose I'm biased. But.. still.

Inpatient Rehab - spinal cord, cva, head injury, burns, and major multiple traumas. Pretty much the way it goes is, if you see it on our local news I end up working with them. Hard work, but I love it. :goodvibes
Acute care? Wow--Important stuff! :woohoo: Good for you. I have some experience with that but not recently.

Having been an at home Mom for 10 years I count that as independent study in human growth and development so headed for peds when I went back to work. First school based therapy in NY and PA (convenient as I got similar vacations to my kids) then a nursery school of kids with handicaps and some with none in PA, then homecare in the Indiana Early Intervention program. I love it--BABIES!! But, like any aspect of rehab--some make great progress and you wonder if they even needed a therapist and others will have chronic problems and I feel like I am there as part of a support system for the caregivers.

Probably hard in different ways from your job, but I do love it, too, unless I have a family who is not home when I get there, and did not call to cancel...........but that is a different issue.

I shouldn't have to buy the drinks.. seeing as how I'm not legally able ;)

Sorry, but you're out of luck!
:cool1: You could "buy" everyone drinks of soda pop from the beverage station on deck 9 by the Mickey Pool!! :cool1:

I think I might be able to afford that... but if you think I'm supplying the cups, you're just crazy!
