So ladies...I have a question, and I would like an honest answer. Deadmentellnotales.com was out of the black spots, so I went to the craft store and bought materials and made black spots for the cruise. Now the black spots are back in stock, and I'm in a quandry. Is homemade good enough, or should I go ahead and buy the store brand? I asked my husband, but he gave me the man answer. ("I don't know, what do you think?") No offense, Bill, but you know how it is--he didn't know which answer would upset me, so he took the safe road.

Thank you everyone who answered my question about the airport. You can not believe how much you helped me! It really does make a difference to me to have an idea of what to expect.

Dawn G.
Okay....well I will admit this ONLY here :rotfl: :confused3 What exactly IS a black spot?!? Has it something to do with the black spot on Jack's hand from the movie. Am I really that ditzy that I don't know what it is (you don't need to answer that! :lmao: ) Either way, whatever it is, go with homemade. It will be great no matter what it is.

(Off to look for black spots on Billy Bones website pirate:)

(I'm so ashamed, I'm failing pirate school! pirate: Jack would be sad)

We had the 18 year old cat too. The dog and the cat died within 2 months of each other. The cat was a boy and sprayed at the end of his life. What a nightmare. Do the pomeranians bark a lot?

That happened to us too! Our cat who was 17 died and a month later the 14 year old dog died. That was tough!

The dog definitely has his moments with barking. It's not out of control but at times, it gets on your nerves. I'm not sure of his exact age, he's around 9 or 10. The cat moved with me from NJ to FL many years ago. He's seen it all, two husbands, three kids... :rotfl: Thank goodness he can't talk. He YOWWWWWWLS a lot though, especially at night. Old age isn't kind to anyone! The dog torments the cat. They never really got used to each other. The cat could kick the dog's butt, and he knows it. Cats have an attitude, that's for sure! The dog is crate trained, when he's in the crate the cat will come by and swat at the door and walk away (as if to say HA!) :joker:

Depending on the drink ONE puts me under the table!
I'll be under there with ya. Not a big drinker either, but my goal is to get the cool drink-of-the-day glasses so I'll be under there a LOT this cruise. Save me a spot! :rotfl2: :tilt: :headache: :drinking1

Where did you go for lunch? I bet her kids are just adorable! Take any pictures?
We met at Chick-Fil-A.
yes they are adorable but I did not take a camera. Not sure DS#1 would want her picture on the DIS, she tends to be shy.

First of all, you ladies are cracking me up! Poor Bill. O.k. Jan, your probably being truthful when you posted, I personally like to stop at the ladies room......But, :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: your cracking me up any way. If you were serious, which you probably were, exuse me for my outburst.
Totally serious but not upset that people know. It is the reality of the life of the post menopausal woman. (Sorry Bill) Don't get me started on hot flashes...... :rolleyes1

I am an iced tea-aholic....after the 10,000 teas that I consume in a day (and 3 pregnancies - that last one did me in) I'll be right in the bathroom with ya (when I'm not under the table, of course! :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: )

Good morning all! :cheer2:

I'm crashing fast! :faint: Saw POTC II tonight w/ the family. Did any of you catch the very very end after the credits? Glad we stayed. ;)

THANK GOD!!!! I was wondering this too. I figured I would just read through to the end of the posts hoping that someone else would elaborate on the "black spot" :listen:

I have a few more pages to go through before I get to the end :lmao: (boy we sure are chatty, its so nice that people on here can joke around and tease and have a nice time without things getting nasty. ) so hopefully the mystery will be solved in the next few posts.....

We stayed 'til the end the 2nd time we saw it. We were told that we needed to stay, we thought we were waiting for some MIND BLOWING revelation. Okay then. Yup though, we stayed. Cute. ;)

....... Who knows if they'll actually do any thing about it. I saw your post, you might want to PM wdwlvr or lbgraves about this recent thread. I'm not on their good side right now.
[!

Oh dear taeja..... you are such a trouble maker! :stir: ;)

I remember a few months ago you (at least I think it was you, sorry if I have ya confused with someone else) were trying to be helpful and warn people about online safety when giving out info to "wierdos" in pm's and certain people freaked out on you (just doing their jobs I'm sure).

What drama! I felt bad for ya having to go through that when it didn't seem like you meant any malice by it. Goodness you woulda thought that you had yelled "fire" in a crowded theater!

Anywho.... *whispers* what didja do THIS time? :teeth:

Just kiddin' I don't wanna dwell on negativity I just usually find lbgraves posts helpful and I enjoy your posts so I can't imagine where you two would bump heads....

Hope you are enjoying your father-in-law's visit!

No we are not talking about dogs! I want a new one so bad but DH says not right now. I agree we should wait till after the cruise but I think he means not this year. I had a rottweiler so I am looking for something medium or small. Probably more on the small side. Any suggestions? I need one that will be good with two kids. No cats so I don't need to worry about that.

A Shih-Tzu!!!
Rink is a Shih-Tzu. He's wonderful. :goodvibes Very clean, very close to anyone in my family.. so he doesn't wander off far without us. He's hypoallergenic-- so allergies are never an issue even though he's got the longer fur. He's tiny but he's got tons of energy. Loves to cuddle up and lay down and have you pet him but is content to do his own thing, too. :) Not yappy like most small dogs-- rarely hear a peep from him..
It's pretty awesome to watch him move. He prances when he walks and it's pretty when he runs. Obvious he's meant for show..
Oh and the best part.. he loves Disney as much as us.
He brought this CD to me randomly the other day.. I had to take a pic :)
