I am really starting to feel under the gun on getting stuff ready for this trip. I can't believe Bill's wife has already started packing.

I have a question:

Maybe you Florida residents might know:

We have never bought park tickets before: If I buy 2 day park-hoppers do I have to use them 2 days in a row or can I use 1 one day and then go later in the week with the other.

Also we have Universal and Sea World here but would you do A.K or Sea World.

I believe you can add the no expiration option to the Park Hoppers so you can use them at any time. I don't believe you have to use the two day park hopper on two consecutive days, I think you can go on Monday and then again on Thursday but you can always ask to make sure. If you're going to park hop, you can hit Animal Kingdom one morning and then go to one of the other parks in the evening (or more than one other park, we've done all 4 in one day!) Since you're buying park hoppers anyway, you might as well stick to the Disney parks & go to AK and skip Sea World if you want to keep the cost down.

Lori I agree with Lisa. As much as I love Sea World it makes sense to stick to AK on this trip and go to sea worls another time

Looks like we are going to have another hot day tomorrow with heatindexes well over 100!! I feel so badly for people without airconditioning

Thanks for the info. I wanted to do A.K. but someone we are going with wants to see Sea World they have never been. I just don't see the point when we have a Sea World here. I would love to do Discovery Cove but that is so much money. Maybe when DD(4) gets older we can do that.

I really try hard to never complain about the heat since we have such long winters here but even I can't believe the heat today. We were either in the pool or inside you couldn't really do much else.

I think Discovery Cove is one of those places where older is definitely better when it comes to the kids getting the most out of it.

Remember when I went hunting for a bathingsuit for DD(10) for the whitewater rafting trip. Well she left her whole bag here and had nothing for the weekend. She was just very lucky it was a traiblazers group so thier were kids her own age that she could borrow stuff from.
