PAtsy I know how you feel. Animals become part of the family!!! Maybe you can talk to your Uncle and Dad and help them change their minds!

My Uncle let me keep Reese here... so at least that is something.

Dad gave me a lot of junk about me having to take Rink back there but I just said "It's between you and your brother! I would rather him be here with me!"



Neither of my parents are answering my calls so I guess that means they didn't talk to my uncle. Still no Shih-Tzu!

I definitely miss my baby.

...in other news, tom and I went and bought a filing cabinet tonight and are preparing to sit down and watch The Jane Austen Book Club while we get more organized!!

I had to wander out to the stereotypical WV tonight for Tom's mother's birthday party. (You know, the WV full of tractors and mountains and roads falling apart because the mountain is crumbling and a house every 10 miles. )

She gave me one of these:

Awww Patsy!!! I'm so sorry everything blew up on you! Awww and no rink! I hate being away from Spirit when I'm at school, I know how you feel. I come home and hug her for half an hour!

Well... they're not supposed to look happy. I don't think.

I can't blame him though. They take those pictures right when they finish boot camp. His last day of boot camp was September 28, 2001.
He said 9/11/01 the ... lead dude rotfl: ) ... came out and said "Gentlemen, we're at war. Today, everything has changed."

He deployed for the first time less than three months after he got done training.

Of course it helps that I already kinda love him a bit. I mean, we do live together and all.

I am so excited I had to let you guys know!!! In between my 2 doctors visit I lost 4 pounds. So my grand total weight loss so far is 30 pounds!!

Today a mallard duck laid eggs in our parking lot!
The daddy duck walked circles around her while she laid two eggs-- it was so weird!

The manager wanted to call the local media for the publicity but when he did they told him they won't cover it because it would attract homeless people to the area who would want to eat the eggs. Crazy.
