I don't know anything about pouring concrete and how long it takes to cure .. but I don't think the new locks will be done before 2016. Here are the new Pacific side locks as of May 2013. I see a great absence of walls![]()

Eventually she will. Most likely DCL is waiting on the canal lock expansion to be completed. That should be sometime this year if they haven't fallen back behind and settles the lawsuit. Her next Drydock is sometime in 2016, no later then Jan of 17.
I'm not sure how definitive this source is, but the CDC inspection of the Wonder in February 2014 seems to indicate we can expect "the ship's renovation in September/October 2016." Look about 2/3 down the list at one of the multiple items labeled "Item No.: 33".
