no idea.. i have been to the arizona ..so I am looking at water and mountains..not a beach sitter, so ... i am into touring and such..

our resident TA switched out of this cruise..so no new info..

and YES there is a facebook group..and a list of fun things we want to do..

I guess we are waiting for the April cruise to give us thorns and roses for the excursions..

I still need flights and hotel..
thinking of coming into LA on thursday .. fri nite is MNSSHP at DL and sat is DCA- carsland..
need transport to port..

so much to do>> but not doing anything!

So glad we aren't the only ones who don't have our flights yet. So many excursions to choose from. I can't wait to hear from the April cruise. We have also no flight and hotel(s). The planning is to fly from Amsterdam on oct 7 and stay 3 nights in hotel in Hollywood and then change on oct 10 to a hotel near Disneyland and do Disneyland and CA 3 days(wednesday, thursday and saturday) and Halloween party on friday. I am planning to book some this weekend.
Lynne (AuntLynne) has canceled this cruise, but will still help us with find the right things to do. She went several times to Hawaii.
We need also transport from hotel to ship. Auntlynne would organize that, I hope she will do it as well for us. We can share a Van I think.
But let's wait till the april cruise is back to hear what to do and what not. I don't mind to book with DCL, but if we can with a group of here or FB then I will do that. But we need someone who can organize that.

1. Who's keeping track on things on the 1st page. We are on the who's going but i know we signed up on the spreadsheet for other things but were not listed.
2. Is anyone interested in setting up group activities during our at sea days. On our TA we had tastings, jewelry making, scrap booking, champagne girls meet, ladies brunch, football watching, pj breakfast, geezers coffee, daily walk meets, secret mickey.
3. What about Exchanges, FE, postcard, book/magazine swap, first aid kit.
4. Is someone doing Lanyards, if so do you need anything from me?
5. Is anyone interested in group tours if so what are we interested in?
6. Pre cruise meet?
7. Where is everyone staying? We haven't booked our hotel or flights yet

OK so there are my thoughts. I need to get back to my homework but I can start working on some group activities if you want me to. I'm almost done with classes for the term and All my major projects are due this week so after that I'm free for a month to just focus on this.

Hi All,

Just got back from our Fantasy MV trip (spent an extra week in Orlando). Lisa posted the correct link for my FE & More list http://dcl.trapperhq.com/20121014/Oct14_List.htm

There is an FB page - http://www.facebook.com/groups/AlohaMickey/ and is probably the best place to organize extra lists via the "docs" option. I know I have started using that page as my main cruise thread and DIS is a secondary thought (just easier to follow along different topics).

Still working on the a shirt offering, the lightweight fabric is good for clothing but if you wanted to use it for other items (like my wife did as she does quilting) it will not be good as the fabric has a tendency to shred (similar to the way jeans do). Will post more about the shirts a later.

I was alos looking to excursions of the DCL of Pearl Harbor and Arizona. But I think Lynne said you can do this on your own. I will wait an see what's going up.
Lynne has made some suggestions on Facebook and here. But I will wait for the April one to see what they did.

And we have made our flight reservations and hotel in LA. We fly on oct 6 and spent 2,5 day in LA and then we go in the direction of Disneyland. There we must find a hotel. (the offer of the HOJO is no longer available)
We will there from wednesday till sunday, when we leave with the Wonder.
So I would love to have a pre cruise meet.

And now I have to think of my FE gifts. I did FE on the WBTA and I loved it.

Hey Guys! I'm on the April Hawaii cruise and I thought I would pass along some transportation information we are using in Oahu. Several of us booked a room at Aulani using DVC points (or cash) so we could hang out at the resort all day. We found this company to take us to the resort (since we have such a large group).
