I've also love to join in the FE. There will be 5 of us in our room: me, my husband, his brother and our 2 daughters who will be 5 & 9 at the time.

Unfortunately, posts have been removed from a number of Cruise Meets threads including this one.

Links to Cruise Meet discussion/Fish Extenders other than those on the DIS may not be posted or offered by any other means (PM, email, "search" directions, etc.).

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, since no one has come forward to organize a FE for this cruise here on the DIS, please feel free to organize the FE right in this thread. There is certainly plenty of time to do this and you already have the beginning core group to do so!

Yay! Put up my new calendar and all of a sudden this doesn't seem so far away! It was a long stressful year last year so we were very pleased to kick 2014 to the curb and to welcome in a bright shiny 2015! We NEED this holiday.

We booked our hotel for the night before departure but still not sure where to stay after. We won't have a car so trying to figure out where would be convenient to...well...everything!

I've been working so much overtime that dh and I have hardly seen each other. Our private joke is we'll meet on deck 9 with a drink of the day and re-introduce ourselves!

The kids still don't know and every time they see anything Disney we hear the deep sighs and the 'I wishes'....We still haven't decided when or how to tell them. I think we should just starting dropping it into conversations to see how long before they pick up that we are talking about a real cruise

I know there's people that have posted on here about an FE group. Is anyone interested in getting one going here? (especially for those that don't do the FB thing

Hi folks,

This will be our third cruise with DCL (fifth total) and our second on the Wonder. We're very excited to be staying in the 2 bedroom suite as it means a door between us and our children.

We may sign up for a FE, depending on how much time we have to devote prior to the cruise.

Who wants to be on a Fish Extender list?? I have only participated in one FE, but am willing to possibly host this one if there are people that aren't already on a list elsewhere. I have already started my gifts and am excited for our cruise!!

That would be fun! There were people posting way back when that were interested but don't go...elsewhere LOL! I'm game to participate although I'm already behind because I haven't started on any gifts yet !

This will be our first disney cruise. We are very excited. It will be me and my hubby and my 5 kids. I worry about my oldest. She will be 18 and will hang with her parents. Is there stuff for her to do while everyone else is in their clubs? We don't drink. Any tips would be appreciated for a family ranging from 7 - 18.

A coworker recently went on a cruise (I think last fall) with her 18 year old son and said that Disney has a 'group' consisting of 18-20 year olds. They have activities and all sorts of events going on for this age group. She reports he had a great time and was able to meet a lot of new friends. The part he was most happy about, was that he didn't have to hang out with his parents all cruise long or be bored.

I signed up in this thread soooo long ago that I can't remember if no one else signed up to coordinate the FE. If not, thank you so much for the offer.

Ha, ha, ha! Pepe Le pew is one my all time fave cartoon character cuz he's such a hopeless romantic! Our wedding topper and toasting glasses were Pepe and Penelope!
