Here is my cabin crawl suggestion.

I went through the deck plans looking for category of room and location to get to them quickly.* I think it would be good to see the rooms before we use them.
*
I narrowed the list down to 6 rooms- and are near the Aft Elevators
All of the other rooms listed are repeat categories. I think we will not have to visit them.
I also think we could visit all 6 rooms in 20 min. We could meet at the Aft elevators on Deck 8 at 3:30 and work our way down.*
*
8082 - Deluxe Family Veranda - Aft*
7042 - Veranda - Mid*
6654 - Veranda Handicapped - Aft
5633 - Standard Inside - Aft
2611 - Deluxe Inside - Aft
2110 - Outside - Aft

I hope this works for everyone.

I am not attending cabin crawl. So please omit stateroom 5633. My grandson might be napping, so I won't be part of the crawl. Plus, who really wants to see a Standard Inside! Lol. I'm going to see about upgrading. If it happens I will give new cabin number at FE meet and greet at 3:30! See you then!

Omitting the standard inside. We are down to 5 rooms. We can do this in 20 min.

8082 - Deluxe Family Veranda - Aft*
7042 - Veranda - Mid*
6654 - Veranda Handicapped - Aft

That is great! I can't wait to see room 6654, it looks like it has a giant wrap around veranda or something. So 3:30pm on Day 1 sounds like a great plan, thank you for putting this together!

Also, thank you to Cast Member 02 for posting your itinerary, it had a few things in there that I forgot about, like getting the wrist bands for the kids. Do they have to wear the bands for the whole cruise? Can they really put them on their ankle? I am new to the kids series thing, but I googled it and I am going to read more about it. Thanks!

I don't know about the ankle thing. But, yes, they need to wear ti the entire cruise. It is how they get checked in and out of the kids clubs.

Our ship is not full. DCL just announced another travel agent rate for our sailing to MR. They do this to fill the ship.

Maybe it won't be so crowded on our cruise, that could be good :thumbsup2

Also, I read someone post that the ship might be decorated for the holidays, I really hope so - that would be really great! :woohoo:

About 3 weeks ago a friend said that this cruise was almost 50 % booked

That sounds pretty low! Do you think it will be less crowded then and we will notice a difference? Or I wonder if Disney tends to get more people at the last minute when it is low like that.... I have only been on one cruise and it was a jam packed cruise to the Bahamas. We still had a great time, but it was way too short of a trip. I can't WAIT to be on the Wonder again for 7 days this time. I am finally getting most of my work done on the job and next week is a short week (we are off at 1pm on Wednesday). YAY! My vacation time starts soon - less than a week! :yay::yay::yay:

PS - I made a folded table sign with a lime green mickey. It says "Disboards - c4sailor". I thought I would put it on our table when we show up at the Promenade Lounge. Looking forward to meeting everyone! See you there! :thumbsup2

6654 is Our Room and yes it has a HUGE HUGE HUGE Balcony you WILL be AMAZED!

GREAT! I could sorta tell from the deck maps, but having a balcony right in the very front of the ship must be super amazing as well - that must be an awesome view!

Hi y'all! Been AWOL, but am back now. Work has calmed down and we can focus on the cruise and packing! :woohoo: Looking forward to meeting everyone and big thanks to CastMember 02 for organizing everything. :thumbsup2 And yes, the ship should be decorated for Christmas. :santa: See you all in about 10 days!! pirate:

OMG - we are almost into single digits here, and with Thanksgiving right before the trip - well, I think it is time to start packing while there is enough time! ;)

For the past few weeks, I have been building four separate packing lists. One for me, one for Kenny (DH), one for the boys, and one "general". The lists are LONG, so I don't know how I am going to get it all together or trim it down a bit. Either way, I found a very helpful link to see what Disboards recommends for packing.... http://www.wdwinfo.com/disney-cruise-line/packing.htm#carryonlist :surfweb:

I was happy to see that my list had most of the things they had on their list, but it was nice to read it and get a reminder on a few things. Like UMBRELLAS. Okay, so lets cross fingers that we don't get any rain....! :sad2:
