I hope they replace our mazatlan stop with the cabo stop and not replace our last day with the extra cabo stop. I was kinda looking forward to just relaxing on the ship the last day. Which I could still do, but I know that we can't turn down an opportunity to see the beach just one more time.

I am a little disappointed about not doing Mazatlan, but it is probably for the best. We had just planned a resort day excursion. I would prefer a non-repeat port, but Cabo was a short stop anyway, so perhaps adding another day is ok.

I am the leader for this group. I just sent pm to 8 peolpe who have not responded that they still want to be in the exchange. They are Colmom, ALittlePixieDust, Just Tami, Pirate, Summer2002, thelionqueen, CO lacrosse Mom, and Oregon Traveler. If we do not hear from these people with a week or so, they will be removed from the Donald list. This way people can plan accordingly for the exchange. The Donald list currently has 20 cabins, so this could significantly reduce our numbers. I hope these people respond as we enjoy the exchange and like getting the gifts

I would really love it if they would just add an alternative port. Too bad acapulco is unsafe now. that would have been a fun spot. It always reminds me of the Love Boat. Isn't that where they used to stop?

I have a friend who is going to make our Fish Extender because if I made it I'm sure it would fall apart.......button sewing is the extent of my sewing talent.

Can any of you tell me the size of your FE? Any help would be sooooo appreciated!

I checked on ebay to see how much gradysmom makes them and they are 8 inches wide and depending on how many pockets you need. Just go to ebay and search for fish extender.

I am giving them until February 1st to respond and then will be removing them from the list, unless my other members have a problem with that.

We can get you on one of the lists. We'll see which one has the least cabins by the end of the week and add you to that list. I lost one family today, so I will definately have room on my list if Catwoman25 doesn't.

If you are planning to start buying this week, both lists have about 20 cabins and 75 people, could go down from there. We are in the process of trying to contact some people who have gone MIA to make sure they are still on the cruise.

Welcome gilligan2611, this is our first Disney cruise too, have done other lines many times. Finally talked hubby into Disney because we're taking our 9 yr old grandson.

That seems fair. I wonder if they cancelled their cruise and just stopped coming on the boards. Thanks for the FE info.

My Sister and Brother and Mother are all going on this cruise also and would also like to be on the fish extender list if possible. their kids are DD(10) DS(8) DS(5) & DD(9) DS(4)
We have a total of three cabins between us.

Thanks for the welcome!! If your GS wants to make a few friends on the ship we have quite a few in his age range going. The whole family is going so 6 kids all 10 & under.

Sounds good. I believe there is a meet for the kids to get together at 2:00 on embarkation day. I can't remember where though. I'll search the thread and let you know.

Anyone come up with wonderful plans for Cabo yet? I am at a loss. I think a resort day might be nice, but haven't searched too much to find some that do day passes.

It snowed this weekend and I was thinking how nice it will be in March to leave the snow and enjoy the sun for a week.

I need to do some shopping and pick up those final packing items that seem to walk off between trips, power strip for the room, nightlight, the weird stuff like that. Would love to do that today, but instead I am sitting here waiting for the repair man to call. He is scheduled to fix my elipticle machine this morning. Broke the darn thing getting ready for the cruise

Did anyone finally get an updated itinerary w/ the times we are in cabo? I haven't heard from my TA yet. Disney sent her to the Dream this week.
