Disney Wonder January 13 2017 - 7 night Bahamas from Galveston

Well now that we are only a year out it's time to start a thread for this cruise!!

Please join this thread if you are cruising the beautiful Disney Wonder from Galveston TX January 13-20 2017!!

In our group will be myself, my dh and our two daughters who will be 8 & 6 at the time of the cruise. This will be our second Disney cruise (first one was also on The Wonder).

Thanks for starting this! It will be just my dh and I on the cruise. We are a couple of oldies from Arizona that love Disney. This will be our second Disney cruise. Our first one was on the Dream(4 nights was not enough time on a Disney Ship).
Looking forward to seeing who else will be joining us!

Yay, welcome aboard! We're flying in from Vancouver BC! Will be our first time in Texas, looking forward to spending a day or two on either end of the cruise in Galveston and area.

Flying in early is a good idea! Fog is a problem in the area at that time of year. We will fly in a day or two early too!

First time cruisers here! Sailing out on my birthday. It will be myself, my DH, son (8yo), & daughter (4yo). We can't wait!!
Flying into Galveston from Colorado a day early. Good to know about the fog. I wasn't aware. We were planning to fly in early so we wouldn't be rushed the day of departure.

Brenda and Clay here. Retired and also from Arizona, like caspers5. This will be our first time cruising with Disney, but we are not new to cruising.

We will be driving from far eastern AZ to the port. Clay wants us to take our time and see a few other sights, so we will probably leave home a week early or there abouts.

You can leave the numbers off my name. I just got frustrated trying to find a user name that wasn't already taken so I added our zip code to the end of my name.

We live between Clifton and Duncan. It only takes us 20 minutes to be in New Mexico...and 4 hours to get to Phoenix.

The more I research Disney Cruises the more excited I get. It looks to me that there are enough bells and whistles to justify the higher price. My sister is soooo darn jealous of us.

Well, you don't really need to keep it on the first page. As long as you've got the link on the "Find your 2017 Wonder Cruise Meet LINK here" thread. That's a sticky is is always on the first page, for people to find the various cruise meet threads.

Wife and I booked this cruise a couple weeks ago. Recently moved to Texas and first time sailing out of Galveston. This will be Disney Cruise 4 for me and the 3rd on the Wonder. Looking forward to the fun!

We are big Disney fans sailing as a couple without our adult children.

We thought this itinerary looked fun and we will be able to drive down from Dallas, which will save us money.

We just booked our family on this cruise. It is our FIRST Disney cruise as a family. Daughter (5) Son (3). The grandparents will be down the hall as well as another set of family, aunt and uncle.

Would like to make this trip a great experience for our kiddos. Looking into door decorating and FE hangings/gift ideas.
