Thanks!
1. It'll run about 2.5 hours on one battery. For Tracy Arm, I had it on for about 6 hours. I bought a 15 Foot USB cable and a
housing with holes in it for the cord. The cord was long enough to go from the desk outlet to the camera on the veranda.
2. No, the tether is not included - I bought
this one.
3. Yes, there are multiple ways to do timelapse with the GoPro4. I used 'Video Timelapse' in video mode, 1 second interval, 4K resolution. For the first part of the video, I used 'Night Lapse', which is under multi-shot photo mode. It gets quite confusing, I know. Be aware that you have to update the firmware to get the 'Video Timelapse' mode. I spent a couple of hours bashing my head against the desk trying to figure out why I couldn't make that work.
4. I used Sony Vegas Movie Studio 13 to edit the clips into one movie and add the music. I actually sped the video up in the movie even more to get it to match the length of the song, so you aren't really seeing the 1-second interval. It's more like a 4-second interval. I would still shoot at 1-second interval. The camera comes with GoPro Studio, which will do the same thing I did with Sony Movie Studio. I actually messed this video up and didn't remove the 'fish eye', which you can easily do in GoPro Studio.
5. Mine is Silver.
Also, it will take up to 64gb memory cards. I took 2 of them, and filled up one, and half of the other.
