So I am an OHS survivor with a thoracic aortic aneurysm (4.9).

I know I can't do wild coasters like Incredicoaster and Guardians of Galaxy due to drops.

But for others with condition, what rides have you been able to do ?

Big Thunder ?

what about the new Star Wars rides ?

Just planning for the future

Hi there! I have a similar condition - Cavernous Hemoangioma that tore. I've had no trouble on Big Thunder Mountain or any of the other Disney Coasters. My personal bests are 7 rides on Expedition Everest in a row and 11 on Space Mountain with no trouble afterwards. The new Star Wars ride is less thrilling than Guardians, more along the lines of Expedition Everest. Important to note that there are spaces between the thrilling bits to help manage heart rate. I had zero trouble with Tower of Terror which is a straight up and down type ride. My main warning from the neurosurgeon was not to do anything that holds me upside down for long periods of time, so I risked Guardians. It was very smooth and didn't trigger any symptoms for me. Of course your experience may vary.

I would be *very cautious* about rollercoasters over at Universal though - my experience with Velocicoaster was scary. It's definitely on the edge of being dangerous for me. The Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit was a definite no go. The Mummy was tame enough that I enjoyed it, and thankfully, had no trouble.
