Disney With School Dining Help?

Hi.
My school will be taking a trip in March to Disney! We will be there for five days. My friend Lauren and I are total Disney nuts so we want to plan this down to the meals. With our trip we get:
A Pizza Party on the Night of Arrival
A Breakfast at the Rainforedst Cafe (Orangutan Menu) What is the Orangutan menu?
A Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe (I think they have this wrong...as we're staying on Disney Property and never venturing to Universal)
A Breakfast at the Hotel (ASMu)
Four Counter service lunch/dinner certificates
and Four Meal coupons for dinner in the parks

My question is what can we use the meal coupons on? Anyone know?
