Disney with Child with Food Allergies - email address??

When I went to Disney two years ago, I had emailed someone at Disney that was in Special Diets and they sent me an attachment with food options located at all different locations throughout the resort. I emailed that same address with no response. Does anyone have updated information? I am leaving in 2 weeks and this info would be really helpful to know where we can go for safe foods along our way.
