Disney Wish Pullout Couch in Concierge 1 bedroom??

Has anyone been on the sofa bed in the one bedroom on the Wish? Is it comfortable? Do they have mattress toppers that you can request for more comfort? My Son & his fiance' will be using that bed in Sept
