I am not proud of my bad attitude last night. I also realized the app was working marginally better but I could not for the life of me get it to upload my selfie - zero problems with the much larger passport photo but it spun and spun on the selfie. I ended up trying to take a new one with the app but by that point I was DONE and could not manage to smile for it. It felt weird to try to upload a grumpy photo had but that one got stuck also anyway - I ended up having zero luck until the site came back up on my computer. It took 55 minutes to upload four pics, confirm my CC number, and sign the document so I could pick a time and be done. I have serious IT fatigue with this company... it seems every step of the way it fails in one way or another even though you do everything right and have a backup method.

I imagine it would help matters greatly if they told everyone on Disney's transfers they will automatically get a low PAT so we weren't all fighting the system at the same time. It would have been so much better to just login this morning and do it but we aren't using them so... it was this or have a late arrival time.

I've seen folks on transfers saying they have everything from BG 2-5 and we ended up with 7 so I guess all those delays only cost me one board group which is NBD. What is weird is you can have the same boarding group as someone else but have a different arrival time it seems... someone above said group 7 was 11:45 but my time says 11:30?

That's what I was wondering why they have two different boarding groups for same slots. Like I was 11:30-11:45 group 8 originally but someone else got group 7. So even though we have the same arrival time, it goes by boarding group so I would still have to wait until group 7 goes before 8 originally.

I was literally in that same boat screaming at the device of why it kept on freezing when uploading pics. One pt I accidentally backed out and had to re-input info and had spinning cycle for pics to load. It sucks because laptop wouldn't/t work because of Dory error. Then when I thought I was done, it was the travel section that kept giving me an error. It would't save or it kept changing my flight times to AM in stead of PM and changing the times too. When I said yes to airline online checkin it wouldn't save either.

It was so frustrating that even if you had all the info it wouldn't load properly. Then to find out there was a glitch that removed my transfers from MCO to port, which was the reason why I got a later boarding group and port arrival time. Had to call DCL for them to add back my transfer, then that automatically changed my boarding group and arrival time by 15 minutes earlier.

Oh man I'm sorry.. at least my saga ended last night and I did not have to call in this morning, I'm sorry that happened!

I didnt even pay attention to my flights after I inputted it tbh; I assumed that was correct. Either way it shouldn't matter since we aren't relying on them to get us to the port.

Never cruised before but will be in a few months. Why does the group matter so much? Not wanting to wait at the port for a long time?

That and wanting to get on the ship faster for things like lunch, a less crowded pool deck, or if you need to make a dining request such as switch your rotation/seating/ask for a private table. You can also still ask about a reservation opening at one of the upcharge restaurants or beverage tastings.
