Disney Wish - Enchanté Menu - Not a fan of Seafood?

Hi All,

I know it's early days, but my girlfriend and I would love to get a reservation for Enchanté for our cruise in September, however she really doesn't like seafood. Looking at the Menu it seems quite seafood heavy! Do you know if they would cater any alternatives for her?

Thank you! Will it be a matter of us paying for the set menu, but just letting them know she isn't a seafood fan and they substitute dishes, or will she need to order a la carte?

I think the answer to this question will have to wait until the Wish actually sails with paying customers in a couple of weeks.

Being a seafood hater is always hard on these cruises - they tend to be very seafood-heavy! There is always a good alternative though. All the rotational menus are also very seafood-laden unfortunately but it must be what they think people want....sometimes I order off the kids menu instead

Assuming that Enchante works the same as Remy on the Disney Dream and Victoria and Albert’s at Walt Disney World, which are similar multi-course prix-fixe dinners, all you need to do is let the restaurant know your party’s dining requirements/preferences in advance. The chef will then craft a meal to meet those requirements. Your girlfriend should certainly be able to get a meal with no seafood.

In the one video I watched (Laughing Place) - the one reviewer said he did a 5-course non-seafood menu while everyone else had a regular 7-course menu.

I spoke to the hostess and they said if there was a course or so that one didn't like and that the chef could replace it. They offer steak as an a la carte option

Can someone please explain how the pricing works? I have dinner booked at Enchante but it will be our first adult dining experience. I saw there was a $125 charge but not sure what if anything that includes. Do we pay the $125 and also for the cost of dinner or does the $125 cover the cost of dinner? Thanks!

I am not sure how a la carte pricing works, but at Remy and Victoria and Albert’s, the charge for a prix fixe menu ($125 at Enchante) covers all of the courses through dessert. It would not cover additional alcoholic beverages you order — I am not sure about coffee/tea, but I think they are included. The charge also does not include a gratuity for the server.

I don't eat seafood and had a fantastic experience at Remy on the Dream. I know it may not be an apples to apples, but in my case the waiter asked if I had any allergies or preferences, I was honest and said so many that I was concerned I would need to skip some courses, and between the a la cart menu and a "special something from the chef" (which I do not remember what it was, just guessing it was an alteration for super picky people) and it was lovely.
