Disney weekend 9/16-9/18 or 11/4-11/6?

Which weekend would be better? My adult DD and I have 3 day passes.
Both weekends are free but which is better, to go in Sept or Nov?

September show hours as 8am-10pm or midnight. We love to see Fantasmic but all reservations are booked already? How else to you watch the show?

November in planning the day in Genie shows hours 9am-9pm Fri, Sat, and Sun with Fantasmic not available at all?

Any suggestions?

11/4 to 11/6 is Dapper Day weekend, which historically is very crowded. We love Dapper Day and always go for these weekends but we check out expectations at the door regarding crowds, restaurant availability, pool availability at the hotels, etc.

That weekend is also the weekend before the Christmas holidays start at the DLR.

September will be Halloween time if you like that. Can be crowded and Oogie Boogie Bash parties close DCA early on select nights.

Thank you for your insight! I didn’t know about Dapper Days. I checked the crowd calendars and Sept. seems to be slightly lighter.
Hotel wise, I already booked PPH and looking into Park Vue for Sept.
I was so excited for November, but not so much now because of the shorten hours and no nighttime shows.

There should be nighttime shows over that weekend in November. They might not be loaded into the calendar yet. Kind of surprised about the shortened hours for that particular weekend due to Dapper Day. They might change that.

Just FYI, crowd calendars are totally worthless for Disneyland and have been for years, but even more so post covid. I would not put any stock in crowd calendar predictions. It’s almost always crowded now. 🤷‍♀️

9/16-18 is Gay Days Weekend. That weekend can get pretty crowded.
