I have a friend who is considering getting married at WDW. She is scared/concerned because she doesn't know anyone that has done it.

I wont be getting married for another two years there...(sigh) so long away, but I have heard GREAT things about the weddings and the service they offer...

Here is what we told our friends/family.

"We are looking forward to having our intimate wedding in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. We have chosen to get married at Walt Disney World because it offers the simplest and most cost-effective way for us to marry, honeymoon and vacation with our kids! The Disney Fairytale Weddings department offered exactly what we were looking for, a small gathering with close friends and family, an intimate wedding with a priceless experience."


My husband and I had a 10 year old and a nine year old, we built a home together 3 years ago, and purchased our 1st car together 2 years ago; needless to say we do EVERYTHING backwards and out of synch. If things were different (no kids, no home, no car) I probably would have never thought of having a Disney wedding; however after having the experience....I would do it OVER, AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I can't imagine what our day would have been like if we would have had a more 'traditional' wedding...it would have been great but no so MAGICAL!!!!!!

It also has provided a place that we can go to, time and time again to celebrate our special day forever and ever.
