Disney Website Reservations Problem

Is anyone else having a problem getting quotes online from the website?

I'm having problems today too...won't let me in after I select a cruise, just goes back to the 1st page!

I called the cc member number and had her quote me some stuff she said she had no information that the website reservation site was down.

I can't even look at my reservation. So it's not just the quotes page. Hopefully they will have sorted it out later on today. I have a DH that is in that sort of computer line of work, somethings are just not preventable (hardware breaking, for no apparent reason, for example)...of course sometimes some idiot makes a huge mistake too!! Plus I know there was a huge hacker invasion to .org sites yesterday. Possibly Disney are just putting in some enhancements so they don't succumb (not that they were targeted) like a security update type thing.

My problem was booking. My credit card was charged two deposits but I had no confirmation. I am still owed $2000 that will be returned to my credit card within 30 DAYS!!!!!!!

I used a travel agent so she could sort this all out.
