Yesterday I booked a hotel reservation and then I linked it to my account. About 2 hours later I tried to log in and it kept saying "sorry, the email or member name/ password do not match any in our system"
I figured it was a glitch. I tried to log in again this morning and it says the same thing.
It won't let me reset my password or log in via my disney experience app.
I talked to the live chat on the website and they advised me to call, but the wait time said 15 minutes. I waited 30 before I hung up.
Anyone else having trouble or any tips to fix this, or is the website just being odd?
