Nice work ladies! Sorry I haven't been around as much. I was in the madness of back to school shopping and last minute craziness. My kids started Thursday. Plus soccer...calgon take me away!

I have some plans for my Tower of Terror mickey head. I found an awesome lightning bolt scal file. I'll do that with dark night sky for the background and I'll try to handcut the service elevator (as a paper piecing)falling and maybe put the little burgandy hat on my shape. sound okay?

As far as attaching the string with a photo split. If it holds secure it should be okay. I would just use some scotch tape if it were me though. Since these aren't going in albums...you can do that on the back side.

The yellow main st. usa one...I thought of parades when I saw it which is fitting for main st. usa. so I think it works!

Lisa, I know you asked for ideas for Turtle talk with Crush. My only idea would be to fit part of a crush paper piecing swimming onto the mickey head and do a speech bubble with computer printed words like "Hey Dudes and Dudettes!" coming out of his mouth. If you only had to piece his head/neck and maybe a flipper...it shouldn't take real long. But you might waste a lot of paper cutting the entire body. it would look cute pop dotted to the mickey head done in a lighter shade of green that coordinates.

Pluto is done, but I forgot to bring my camera card with me to dowload the pic. Will try to remember for tomorrow, but this is back to school week and I'm not making any guarantees on anything as this is what my house feels like right now.

I was thinking of adding Mickey Balloons to the Main St USA one to make it a little more colorful, will try to cut some this week and see what I think.

this is what I've come up with for Crush...I have either the circle or alligator embossing folder (I didn't add the flipper pieces to the circle MH )....this would be a view of looking down on Crush...I'm not totally happy with it, not what I invisioned.....HELP please, need some guidance or suggestions!

I vote top right also! The embossing looks really great. I do think adding the Dude element would be a nice touch.

I like either the clip art one, or if you did top left, you could make one of the ears Crush's head and add a tail on the bottom opposite of the head.

Here is my piece for the green army men. It's inked with green and each has a different sticker. After I got the stickers I found the coolest little green army man brads but I resisted as I thought the subtlety would be better than the obvious?
